Submitting the consultation or contact form on our website does not constitute a binding contract for services. It is a request for us to get in touch with you. Appointments are confirmed by phone or email.

All prices displayed on our website are indicative and quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices following inspection of your item. No work will be carried out without your prior approval of the final quote.

5. Watch Servicing & Repairs

We take reasonable care when handling, servicing, and repairing watches entrusted to us. While we aim to restore items to good working condition, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for items with pre-existing damage, wear, or discontinued parts. Any applicable service warranty will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

6. Sales of Watches

Watches sold by Right Watch Co. are described to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale, including condition and authenticity where stated. Statutory consumer rights under Hong Kong law are not affected by these terms.
